DOES NOT INCLUDE OBI STRIP. Is a "PR" press, but label does not match exactly with other PR pressing, has outer "bevel" press ring and smaller pressing ring in a slightly different configuration compared to US PR pressing. I can seem to find any other indications that this is a Japanese press on cover or label, photos of this press match exactly to the copy I have. Cover has notch left spine, very light ring wear and other very light blemishes. All stored in heavy duty reseal
