Visually graded disc, stored outside cover in paper inner sleeve. OG inner sleeve in NM condition stored inside cover. Cover still in shrink VG++ with very light rubbing blemishes along right side opening. All stored in heavy duty resealable plastic outer sleeve

Notes:

"CRC" printing in white font on the lower right corner of the rear jacket denotes a [l55613 club release.  No specific role is mentioned on the release so [l55613 was entered for a Record Company role.

Two different [l93330 identifiers are in the runouts: a faint stamped "P" in the side A and B runouts denoting [l447694, and an etched "T1" in the side B runout denoting [l403953.  From this it was assumed that pressing occurred at [l447694 with plating for side B at [l403953. 

Stamping of "COLUMBIA NY" in runout of each side denotes lacquer cut at [l309248.

Runouts are stamped with the exception of the T1 etching on side B.

No barcode on jacket.

Released with a cardboard printed inner sleeve with lyrics on one side and credits and photos on the other.  All text is printed in white font.
