Notes:

Columbia-Terre Haute pressing, denoted by the T in the runout grooves.

Other distinguishing features of this pressing:
- Tracks A3 through B6 are all published by Acuff Rose on both the labels and back cover.
- Different typesetting in label design, with the side numbers rendered in numerals rather than spelled out.
- Label perimeter text says only "Monument Record Corp. Made in U.S.A." with no mention of Hendersonville, Tennessee.
- 2.75" non-deep groove pressing ring.
- Album cover is manufactured from a matte wraparound back cover with a glossy front-cover slick pasted on front. Other pressings have the glossy front cover wrapping around, with the back slick pasted on.
- The solid-colored bar that separates "Early Orbison" from "Monument" on the spine is black instead of red.
