Issued with custom inner-sleeve with credits, photos, track-list and timings. A1 is shown as "Psychedelic Warlords (Disappear In Smoke)"; B3 is shown as "Lost Johnny".  
Track durations on the centre labels (as shown above) and inner sleeve do not match, mostly - it appears - according to whether the wind [Of Change noises are included or not. The correct timing for A2 is 4:37 [excluding the wind, however, so the inner-sleeve timing 4:06 is simply wrong.

Recorded at Olympic Studios, Barnes, May-June 1974, except tracks B1 and B5, recorded live at Edmonton Sundown on 26 Jan 1974.
