This version can be circa-dated as a 1980's RE based on the 5th generation US Epic label (1978-) variant along with the "Chet Bennett" signature as he didn't start cutting records for CBS until sometime in the early 1980's. 

Mastering engineer name "Chet Bennett" is etched in the Side A runout.

The Epic logo on the labels has a vertical fade from very light blue to very light pink at the bottom. 
The vinyl label background has a vertical fade from black to blue at the bottom.
