Notes:

LP is housed in a light card stock custom printed inner sleeve.
 
The label style of this release are the stock labels used by Dunhill ca. 1968-1971 with "combined box" logos, though this version does not include any bottom rim text.
 
The Dunhill label had a style change in 1973, switching to a short lived label style with children's blocks spelling out "D U N H I L L", then quickly returning to the "split box" logo version used from 1971-73. It appears that the Columbia, Pitman plant was simply using up old label stock.

This version differs from a similar version [[r1665487, varying with Rights Society notations on labels on several tracks - A1, A3, B2 and B5.
