Released in a gatefold sleeve with a 12-page album sized lyric booklet inside.
This is a later pressing without the "indicator hole" on the back of the sleeve, and only the stereo cat number printed.
Until the early 70's Deram printed STEREO with white letters in a black box, indicating this release is from start 70's or later, has "Insert Included" above the black box.
